Ricky Gervais brings SuperNature to Liverpool as part of new tour

Ricky Gervais is bringing his new live tour SuperNature to Liverpool next month.

The internationally famous creator and star of The Office, Extras, Derek and After Life will come to the M&S Bank Arena on Friday, October 22.

Tickets cost £32.85 to £40.90.

The 60-year-old stand-up, actor, director, producer and writer started his career in 80s new wave band Seona Dancing and managed a then-unknown act called Suede before turning to comedy.

In 2000 he had a spoof talk show, Meet Ricky Gervais, on Channel 4 and he launched mockumentary The Office – the most successful British comedy of all time – on the BBC 20-years-ago this year.

His multiple awards include seven BAFTAs, five British Comedy Awards, three Golden Globes, two Emmys and the Rose D’or on two occasions. In 2016 he received the Charlie Chaplin Britannia Award for Excellence in Comedy.

Anyone over the age of 12 attending the show will need to demonstrate their Covid status with either a valid NHS Covid Pass, text or email proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR text within the previous 48 hours, proof of double vaccination at least 14 days previously or proof you have had Covid within the last 180 days.
