John Bishop announces Liverpool Empire date

John Bishop has announced he will appear at the Liverpool Empire this autumn as part of his latest UK tour.

The superstar Liverpool comedian and actor brings his new show Back At It to the Lime Street theatre on November 5.

After two years spent TV presenting, stage acting, podcast hosting, dog walking and decorating the spare room, Bishop is back doing the thing he loves most: standing on stage and making people laugh.

It will be the first time the 57-year-old appeared on the Empire stage since he starred in Liverpool playwright Jonathan Harvey’s Mother Goose alongside Sir Ian McKellen in February last year.

Two shows at the Floral Pavilion on November 3 are already sold out – as are most of the other dates on the tour.
